Unfreezing change as three steps This video presents Unfreezing Change as Three Steps by Cummings, Bridgman and Brown published in Human Relations (http://bit.ly/Unfreezing_Change). This article argues that Kurt Lewin’s three-step framework of unfreezing–changing–refreezing, regarded by many as the classic approach to change management, is not at all what we believe it to be. It won Human Relations Best Paper 2016.
