Jocelyn Finlay – The fertility crisis Unlike other regions in the world, fertility rates have remained high in sub-Saharan Africa. In this video, Jocelyn Finlay of the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health shares that one reason for the region’s high sustained fertility is a positive fertility response to crises.
