Damian Clarke: Reducing maternal mortality through education | Human capital and growth

Are more educated women more able to access information relating to maternal health care decisions? Damian Clarke from University of Chile discusses the linkage between the years of education and maternal mortality rates. The research finds only one year of education reduces maternal mortality by 160 deaths per 100,000 live births.
