miRNA, Notch, and Amygdala-Dependent Fear Learning

In this video, Dias et al. summarize data that shows that a microRNA in the amygdala (miR-34a) regulates Notch signaling after auditory fear conditioning. Their work makes a case for this interaction between miR-34a and Notch in the mouse amygdala being crucial for the consolidation of fear memory
