Martha Giraldo, a research associate in the Department of Plant Pathology, was recently recognized for her innovative use of electronic media in her doctoral dissertation. She is one of three recipients, worldwide, of this year's Innovative ETD Award from the Networked Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations. This is the "acceptance video" that will be featured at the award ceremony in South Africa later this year.
